Abuse Prevention

(508) 375-6846 or (508) 375-6723   Matters are heard on an emergency basis as needed. Paperwork must be filed in person. The  Court is open from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm for walk-ins.  There are numerous papers that are filled out for Abuse Prevention Complaints.

The Court requests that you come in well before 4 pm to begin the process.

If you wish to file an Abuse Prevention Complaint, and the Court is not open, you should  go to your local  police department.  There is always an emergency Judge on-call, after hours.
